About the Role
May Mobility is at the forefront of transforming cities through autonomous technology, creating a safer, greener, and more accessible world. As a Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting the Legal team and serving as a trusted business partner across the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve negotiating and managing supplier and commercial agreements, helping build and maintain compliance programs, and providing practical legal guidance on a range of issues that arise as May Mobility scales its autonomous vehicle operations worldwide.The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise in one or more areas, including regulatory affairs, safety and product liability, and data privacy. You will work closely with various teams, including the executive management team, to ensure that May Mobility's business objectives are met while minimizing legal risks.
As a key member of the Legal team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the company, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of May Mobility, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about building the future of transportation.
What You Will Do
- Negotiate and manage supplier and commercial agreements
- Help build and maintain compliance programs
- Provide practical legal guidance on a range of issues
- Review press releases and marketing blogs
- Collaborate with the executive management team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting the autonomous vehicle industry
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Work closely with various teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Participate in contract review and negotiation
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
