About the Role
The Corporate Solutions Account Executive position at ESET Nederland is a pivotal role in the company's effort to expand its corporate client base in the United States. As a key member of the Corporate Solutions Division, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in cybersecurity and exceptional sales and account management skills. You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Solutions in NORAM and work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the delivery of bespoke cybersecurity services and solutions.The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will involve managing the P&L for named clients, creating and executing account plans, and maintaining accurate pipeline development and forecasting data. Your ability to work at a senior executive level and engage with all tiers of decision and influence within clients, partners, and ESET will be crucial to your success. The role demands a mature, emotionally intelligent business decision-maker who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Given the nature of this role, you will be required to operate independently, conducting complex and challenging client and vendor discussions, negotiating issues, and resolving service matters to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes. Your entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a proactive and self-motivated approach, will be essential in driving new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
What You Will Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Define and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the territory.
- Exceed financial targets and objectives through direct sales efforts.
- Manage the profit and loss statement for your territory, focusing on sales, revenues, and profitability.
- Create and execute tailored account plans for named clients to penetrate, build, and scale new client relationships.
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline development and forecasting data to support territory growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Global CS Services Leads, Global CS Delivery Lead, and Global Market Offering Lead to ensure customer value creation and satisfaction.
- Work with the client vendor ecosystem to enhance ESET's positioning and offerings.
- Manage long-cycle deals from inception to closure, ensuring collaboration with the broader CS and ESET organizations.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining corporate sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to operate at a senior executive level, engaging with decision-makers and influencers.
- Experience in managing P&L, sales forecasts, and pipeline development.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity product portfolios and services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and account management.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex client and vendor discussions.
