## What You Will Do - Investigate and analyze consumer litigation cases, including lemon law and product liability claims.

• Retain and collaborate with outside counsel to handle consumer lawsuits effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing lawsuits filed by consumer attorneys.
• Work closely with consumer affairs case managers to ensure the best possible case handling and resolution.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials alongside outside counsel to represent Hyundai Motor Company's interests.
• Conduct legal research on warranty and automotive law questions to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
• Provide counseling and training to different departments, dealerships, and business units as needed.
• Manage claims and lawsuits in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Stay abreast of changes in consumer litigation law and best practices in the automotive industry.

• At least 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on consumer litigation or lemon law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warranty and automotive law, including relevant federal and state regulations.
• Experience in managing and strategizing lawsuits, including working with outside counsel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
