About the Role
The Country Manager, North America, is a pivotal role at Lokalise, responsible for driving commercial growth and expansion in the region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be tasked with developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen partnerships. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have a significant amount of autonomy to shape the commercial strategy for North America. Your input will be invaluable in shaping the company's overall growth plans, and you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the business.
What You Will Do
- Own revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention in North America
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team
- Set and execute the regional scaling motion, including clear priorities, pipeline generation, and account strategy
- Work directly with strategic customers and prospects to shape opportunities and support the team in closing key deals
- Drive expansion across premium customers by identifying whitespace, improving account plans, and working closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product
- Strengthen partner relationships and translate them into pipeline, influence, and revenue
- Represent the voice of the North American market internally, providing clear, actionable feedback to Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Help shape how Lokalise positions its AI-powered localization platform in the market
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the industry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and programs to drive awareness and demand
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably in the digital marketing or localization industry
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications in sales and marketing

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
