About the Role
As a Courier at FedEx, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. This includes managing ramp and sort operations, courier and dispatch operations, and guaranteeing that all processes are completed safely and efficiently. What You Will Do
- Manage the sorting and loading of packages onto vehicles for delivery
- Ensure that all packages are handled with care and attention to detail

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries and accidents
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages of varying weights and sizes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
