About the Role
The Courier role at FedEx Australia is a key part of the company's operations, responsible for delivering and picking up consignments across Gladstone. As a Courier, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and providing excellent service. You will be working Monday to Friday shifts, with the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career.The role is based in Gladstone, and you will be working as part of a supportive team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering the best possible service to customers. You will have access to a company vehicle, uniform, and safety shoes, as well as specialized safe driver training and support to upgrade your license.

What You Will Do
- Deliver and pick up consignments across Gladstone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Practice safe driving and loading activities
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
- Load and unload consignments from the vehicle
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Participate in safe driver training and development programs
What We Are Looking For
- A passion for physical work and customer service
- A Medium Rigid license
- Experience working in a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
