About the Role
The Course Architecture Intern will play a key role in developing high-quality e-learning materials and course templates for Abhyaz's platform. As a member of the team, you will work closely with managers, mentors, and HR to create engaging training courses, workshops, and virtual learning materials. The role entails implementing various methods for e-learning and online training, analyzing and evaluating organizational and individual development needs, and establishing an e-learning development center in Moodle.Abhyaz is looking for talented individuals who are passionate about creating strategic and engaging e-learning experiences. The company offers a remote internship opportunity that is designed to develop your professional acumen while working on critical real-time projects. As an intern, you will be expected to spend 10-15 hours per week on the project and will have the opportunity to work on byte-sized projects that will be delivered every week.
What You Will Do
- Implement various methods for e-learning and online training on the Abhyaz platform
- Create new course templates, workshop templates, and test them on the platform
- Analyze and evaluate organizational and individual development needs
- Arrange and attend different meetings and discussions for better knowledge on training ideas
- Work closely with managers, mentors, and HR for better development
- Figure out new techniques that are executed and examine the results after executing new ideas
- Establish an e-learning development center in Moodle
- Create engaging training course content, including videos, quizzes, activities, and H5p
- Conduct skills gap analyses company-wide and set learning objectives for each course
- Determine evaluation criteria for courses
What We Are Looking For
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or Psychology, with a Master's degree preferred
- Experience with e-learning platforms and practices
- Confident in oral and non-oral communication
- Interpersonal skills for helping people learn and grow
- Knowledge of IT and spreadsheet works, including proficiency in Excel
- Ability to think strategically and multitask
- Must have a laptop or phone with proper Wi-Fi communication
- Available to work in the virtual office every day from 1-6 pm
Nice to Have
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with Moodle and e-learning development
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Experience with creating engaging online content, including videos and quizzes
