What You Will Do
- Manage medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless services
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other digital channels
- Utilize Excel to track and analyze data, identify trends, and create reports
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies when handling sensitive medical information
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with changing healthcare regulations and policies
- Foster strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize services
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in medical administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with healthcare systems and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
