About the Role
The Property Management Virtual Assistant role at 20four7VA is a remote position that entails providing administrative support to a growing property management business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling invoices, and ensuring seamless communication between tenants, vendors, and management. As a key member of the team, the virtual assistant will play a vital role in improving business efficiency and enhancing service delivery.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include monitoring incoming emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars. The virtual assistant will also be required to prepare and send invoices, assist with billing-related tasks, and maintain accurate financial records. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this position, as the virtual assistant will be handling phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating communication between various stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Manage schedules and calendars for multiple properties
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintenance schedules
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate person
- Prepare and send invoices to tenants, vendors, and clients
- Assist with billing-related tasks and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Provide administrative support for daily operations, including managing emails, correspondence, and property-related documentation
- Ensure all appointments and follow-ups are accurately tracked and updated
- Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and management when necessary
- Assist with managing maintenance requests and property turnover activities

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Property Management Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
- Customer-service focused and able to handle phone calls and emails professionally
