About the Role
As a Benefits Sales Executive at CRC Group, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned broker firms, responsible for growing the broker headcount and driving revenue growth through effective presentations of the company's value proposition. You will work closely with brokers to develop an intimate understanding of their business and leverage BenefitMall's capabilities to maximize revenue growth. This role is a unique opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a team of professionals using video and screen sharing technology.The role entails developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. What You Will Do
- Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall by promoting the company's unique experience and value proposition
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies with brokers, focused on increased sales activity, products per customer, and expanded understanding of BenefitMall's specialized services
- Work effectively in a team sales environment, coordinating all sales and retention activity to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead and educate agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and the value each brings to the customer
- Host strategy calls with brokers to discuss priority issues, quote volumes, renewal activities, and schedules as necessary
- Utilize internal systems, including Salesforce, to track activity and metrics
- Coordinate with partner carrier resources as needed to maximize results
- Adhere to BenefitMall's confidentiality standards of information
- Resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide feedback to management
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in benefits sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and internal teams
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as insurance licenses, a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with BenefitMall or similar benefits services companies
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements
- Experience with sales and customer relationship management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
