## About the Role As a Creative Designer at Lodgify, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Team, responsible for crafting compelling visual assets that drive key performance metrics across all marketing channels. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing on-brand designs that capture the essence of Lodgify's new brand, while also pushing its creative boundaries. You will work closely with various teams within the company to ensure that the brand's visual identity remains consistent and engaging across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about brand design, understands the importance of visual storytelling, and is curious about the potential of AI in creative work. You should have a strong visual design craft, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with your team. Given the remote nature of this role, you must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.

## What You Will Do - Conceptualize and execute compelling, on-brand visual assets across all marketing channels to drive key performance metrics.
- Translate complex product features into simple, clear, and compelling explainer graphics, illustrations, and product visuals.
- Bring Lodgify’s new brand to life with consistency while strategically pushing its creative boundaries.
- Utilize Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL-E to produce intentional, high-quality photography and illustrations.
- Track and test emerging AI/design tools, building scalable workflows and templates that speed up production without sacrificing quality.
- Implement and maintain consistent, well-structured digital assets (web, landing pages, product visuals) in Figma using established design systems.
- Apply motion design principles to specific use cases using premade After Effects templates.
- Collaborate with different teams within Lodgify to bring the product to more hosts around the world.
- Design across the full range of marketing touchpoints, ensuring that all visual elements align with the brand's overall aesthetic and messaging.
- Technical proficiency in Figma (including design systems, components, and shared libraries).
- Basic motion design skills for social-ready animations using After Effects templates.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a growth mindset, being actively receptive to feedback as a tool to push creative boundaries.
- Experience with AI-powered design generation tools or a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills to collaborate effectively and elevate the team's work.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
