The Creative Director position at Lumimeds represents a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a fast-growing telehealth startup. The successful candidate will be expected to own the full creative process, from strategy and production to optimization, across various platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. Unlike traditional creative director roles that focus primarily on delegation, this position requires a hands-on approach, where the individual will personally produce work, collaborate on copywriting, design statics, edit video, conceptualize landing pages, and iterate based on data insights.Lumimeds operates in a dynamic environment, characterized by its remote-first, globally distributed team. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid performance advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
- Personally produce high-quality creative assets, including but not limited to ad copy, static designs, and video edits.
- Collaborate with the team to design and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.
- Analyze data to inform creative decisions and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and their engagement patterns.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and telehealth.
- Work closely with the team to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies.
- Identify areas of improvement in the marketing funnel and propose creative solutions.
- Iterate and refine marketing strategies based on feedback and performance data.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, preferably in the telehealth or digital marketing industry.
