## About the Role As a Creative Expert at TATAM Digital, you will be responsible for bringing a fresh and distinctive approach to campaigns, leveraging your expertise in PR, creative communications, and influencer marketing. This role is a key component of the team, complementing existing skills and providing a brand- and storytelling-oriented vision. Day-to-day, you will work closely with the campaign lead to develop strategies and presentations, maintaining direct contact with clients and talents through meetings and relationship building. The role is based in Berlin, Germany, and requires fluency in German, English, and Spanish. With the company's focus on digital marketing and paid media, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to propose new opportunities and creative approaches that enhance campaigns. As a Creative Expert, you will be expected to contribute from a brand and content perspective, working closely with the campaign team to identify and capitalize on relevant trends for clients and campaigns.
## What You Will Do - Participate in influencer marketing performance campaigns from a creative and strategic angle - Design and execute creative campaigns, storytelling, and client presentations - Generate special ideas and differentiated proposals for major deadlines and key events - Identify and capitalize on relevant trends for clients and campaigns - Improve and optimize pre-briefs, reviewing and validating content together with the team - Support the campaign lead in the development of strategies and presentations - Maintain direct contact with clients and talents through meetings, coffees, and relationship building - Collaborate with the team to propose new opportunities and creative approaches that enhance campaigns - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and clients in Germany - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR, creative communications, and influencer marketing
## What We Are Looking For - Fluency in German, English, and Spanish - Work experience in Germany, with knowledge of the market and clients - Experience in PR, creative communications, influencer marketing campaigns, storytelling, and presentations - Ability to contribute from a brand and content perspective while working with the campaign team - Sensitivity toward product and content - Ability to work collaboratively, contribute innovative ideas, and maintain constant communication with clients - Strategic vision and creativity to identify opportunities and add value to every project - Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media - Experience working in a remote team environment
## Nice to Have - Experience with social media management tools and platforms - Knowledge of Google Analytics and other metrics tools - Certification in PR, marketing, or a related field - Portfolio of previous work in creative communications and influencer marketing
