About the Role

The Creative Lead role at BJAK is a unique opportunity to define the brand's visual and messaging identity across all platforms. What You Will Do

  • Own BJAK's brand identity across all platforms, including tone, messaging, typography, and visual systems
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts
  • Develop campaigns that drive both brand impact and business growth
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other touchpoints
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team
  • Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines
  • Review and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within the creative team
  • Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability
  • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns
  • Use performance insights and feedback to continuously improve creative output

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work
  • Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy
  • Experience leading and developing creative teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills
