## About the Role The Creative Operations Manager at Stio will be the driving force behind the company's creative function, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality projects. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams, including Brand, Performance, E-commerce, Retail, and Product, to manage the full creative project pipeline. By developing and maintaining detailed workback calendars and serving as the primary coordination point between Creative and cross-functional partners, the successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. As a key member of the creative team, the Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Stio's creative workflow systems, including Asana project architecture and team operating rhythms. This will involve identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions to bring structure and consistency to the creative function. By championing the adoption of AI tools and streamlining production processes, the Creative Operations Manager will help to drive business growth and improve output quality.
