What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance
  • Analyze ad performance data to inform creative strategy and optimize campaign results
  • Collaborate with the service leader to share best practices and improve processes across the agency
  • Identify and mitigate potential churn risks with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Manage and optimize operational workflows, introducing AI-powered automation where possible
  • Design and build new templates, frameworks, and tools to improve client results
  • Run daily pod meetings to stay on top of activities, ensure targets are being met, and identify areas for improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, particularly in the realm of Meta Ads
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including strategists, editors, and creator coordinators
