About the Role
FRED & FARID Paris is seeking talented freelance Creative Producers to join their team, supporting the production of innovative campaigns and creative content across various industries. As a freelance Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, coordination, and execution of projects from concept to delivery. Your expertise will be invaluable in collaborating with the creative teams to bring ambitious projects to life.The position requires a deep understanding of audiovisual, digital, and social production processes, coupled with a strong visual culture and genuine interest in brands and content. You will be working closely with a team of creatives, directors, and external partners, necessitating excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor, organization, and autonomy is crucial.

What You Will Do
- Contribute to the development of creative projects, from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and FRED & FARID's creative ambition.
- Define and follow up on production timelines, coordinating with the creative team from the initial brief to post-production stages.
- Support production budget tracking, ensuring that costs are aligned with project objectives and that financial risks are mitigated.
- Source and coordinate external talent, including directors and photographers, and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
- Oversee the operational, logistical, and administrative aspects of productions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Identify potential risks and contribute to finding appropriate solutions, collaborating with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.
- Manage deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards, maintaining open communication with the team and clients.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Support the creative teams in brainstorming sessions and concept development, bringing a production perspective to the table.

- Proven experience in a creative agency, production company, or communications environment, with a focus on digital, social, and audiovisual production.
- Strong understanding of production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
