Job Description

About the Role

The Creative Production role at Elevenlabs is a hands-on, forward-deployed position that requires a deep understanding of creative production workflows and AI-powered creative tools. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with enterprise customers to help them deploy Elevenlabs' creative tools into their actual production workflows. This involves sitting at the intersection of creative expertise and product knowledge, understanding what the tools can do, and demonstrating how to use them to achieve real results.

The role is critical in helping customers unlock the full potential of Elevenlabs' creative tools, and as such, requires a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and communication skills. You will be working closely with the product and engineering teams to bring field insights back to shape the roadmap, ensuring that the tools meet the evolving needs of customers.

What You Will Do

Partner with customers' creative and production teams to understand their current pipelines and identify areas where AI-powered tools can add value
Develop and implement customized workflows and templates to facilitate the adoption of Elevenlabs' creative tools
Create reference content, prototype workflows, and produce case studies that demonstrate real results and showcase the capabilities of the tools
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights on the tools and their applications
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support and guidance
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in AI-powered creative tools and production workflows
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production workflows and implement changes as needed
Provide training and support to customers on the use of Elevenlabs' creative tools and best practices for integration into their workflows
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in AI and creative production, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the services and support provided to customers

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in creative production, with a focus on AI-powered creative tools and production workflows
Deep understanding of the creative production process, including video, music, image, and speech generation
Experience working with enterprise customers and developing customized solutions to meet their needs
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with AI-powered creative tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability
Strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in AI-powered creative tools and production workflows
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline

Nice to Have

Experience working in the technology or media industry, with a focus on AI-powered creative tools and production workflows
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
