About the Role
The Creative Project Manager position at YunoJuno is a critical role that oversees the end-to-end operational management of high-visibility creative projects across the Enterprise Communications function. This involves leading projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, urgency, and craftsmanship. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between designers, business partners, and stakeholders, guaranteeing clarity of briefs, alignment with the brand, and efficient movement of work through a complex organization.As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing intake for all design-related requests, advising leadership on resourcing, timelines, and prioritization needs to support balanced workload distribution. You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete, accurate, and actionable, probing, clarifying, and shaping requests to align with creative standards and team expectations.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive ownership, and a strong understanding of design workflows. You will be the primary point of contact across multiple project streams, performing traditional project management duties, representing design needs, and maintaining strong communication throughout each project lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Manage intake for all design-related requests, advising leadership on resourcing, timelines, and prioritization needs
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete, accurate, and actionable
- Serve as the primary point of contact across multiple project streams, performing traditional project management duties
- Manage Global Town Hall projects, which serve as the primary CEO-focused event for all employees
- Develop detailed production plans for creative initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, review cycles, and approval milestones
- Facilitate project kickoffs, design reviews, and stakeholder check-ins, ensuring all voices are heard and action items are clearly captured and distributed
- Monitor project milestones across all assigned work, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned with the brief
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all project artifacts, decisions, and updates to foster clarity and transparency across the design team and cross-functional partners
- Anticipate and proactively remove project blockers, collaborating with design, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure continuous forward momentum
- Partner with Global Communications Strategy and Operations to refine and champion creative workflows, intake processes, tools, trackers, and asset storage systems
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of design workflows and experience with project management tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience with Excel and other project management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as design, marketing, or communications
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a creative field
