About the Role
The Creative Strategist role at HexClad is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to shape and execute creative strategies across the EMEA region. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and localising creative assets, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and driving campaigns that align with HexClad's brand and business goals. Your primary focus will be on the UK, Germany, and UAE markets, where you will work to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EMEA markets, as well as experience in developing and executing creative strategies that drive performance and engagement. You will be a skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and growth teams. As a Creative Strategist at HexClad, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced marketing team that is passionate about storytelling, data-driven creativity, and bringing premium brands to life through exceptional content.What You Will Do
- Develop and execute innovative creative strategies across a full funnel activation, from direct response ads to brand campaigns
- Oversee the production and localisation of creative assets, ensuring alignment with HexClad's brand and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive campaigns that align with HexClad's brand and business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform campaigns and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage creative briefs to guide internal and external teams in delivering high-quality assets
- Work closely with the global creative, growth, and production teams to align strategies across regions
- Support HexClad's growth initiatives by assisting with sourcing and managing EMEA creators and influencers
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing updates and insights to keep stakeholders informed
- Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools, identifying opportunities to enhance creative impact
- Run creative tests to evaluate and iterate on strategies for improved outcomes
- Develop a playbook for localising creative assets, starting with Germany, and roll out to other European markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality, localised creative assets for the UK, DACH, and UAE
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Strong understanding of the EMEA markets, including cultural and linguistic nuances
- Experience in localising creative assets for different markets and regions
- Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform campaigns
- Experience with creative production and project management, including managing budgets and timelines
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing and coordinating with external partners and agencies
- Knowledge of design and production principles, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field
