What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute performance creative strategies for paid media campaigns, with a focus on Meta platforms
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data, including CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS, to inform creative decisions
  • Create and iterate on messaging frameworks, hooks, and angles to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and designers to brief and refine creative assets
  • Build and refine creative testing roadmaps to ensure continuous improvement
  • Analyze winning and losing creatives to identify patterns and scale successful strategies
