Job Description

About the Role

As a Creative Strategist at Maneuver Marketing, you will be at the forefront of driving TikTok channel growth through creative strategy. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing platform-native content that resonates with the target demographic, primarily female consumers aged 35-65. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Paid Media, UGC creators, video editors, and operators, to concept, test, and scale high-performing TikTok creatives.

The role entails a deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including organic content, paid ads, and TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive customer acquisition and conversion through TikTok-specific strategies, leveraging your expertise in creative research, platform understanding, trend fluency, and direct response thinking.

What You Will Do

  • Drive TikTok channel growth through creative strategy, identifying opportunities to unlock customer acquisition and conversion
  • Develop concepts across organic TikTok, paid TikTok ads, and TikTok Shop to support awareness and revenue generation
  • Conduct in-depth TikTok creative research, including trend analysis, competitor activity, and customer behavior
  • Translate channel insights into repeatable creative frameworks that can be scaled across products and campaigns
  • Execute a strategic TikTok testing process, partnering with internal teams and creators to launch, evaluate, and iterate on new concepts
  • Create content tailored to different stages of the TikTok customer journey, from awareness and discovery to conversion and purchase intent
  • Develop ad concepts and organic content built for TikTok's unique content ecosystem, focusing on attention, retention, relatability, and action
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept, test, and scale high-performing TikTok creatives
  • Analyze performance data to inform future creative strategies and optimize existing campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid media, or a related field, with a focus on TikTok-specific strategies
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and conversion through creative campaigns
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including organic content, paid ads, and TikTok Shop
  • Expertise in creative research, platform understanding, trend fluency, and direct response thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Paid Media, UGC creators, video editors, and operators
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and inform future creative strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with DTC health and wellness brands or similar industries
  • Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and ad libraries
