About the Role
The Creative Strategist role at Maneuver Marketing is a unique opportunity for a digital marketing professional to drive growth and scale the company's DTC supplements brand through AppLovin. As a key member of the growth team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a creative strategy that drives profitable customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of direct response marketing, creative testing, and performance-driven marketing.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on creative strategy and campaign execution. They will be responsible for shaping the company's approach to AppLovin, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing a repeatable playbook for creative success. The role will involve close collaboration with the growth and creative teams to develop performance-driven concepts, influence campaign decision-making, and build a creative playbook for the AppLovin channel.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a creative strategy for AppLovin that drives profitable customer acquisition
- Conduct in-depth performance creative research to identify winning ad patterns, competitor activity, and offer positioning
- Distill learnings into actionable testing hypotheses and creative directions that align with business goals and customer psychology
- Build and manage a structured testing roadmap across concepts, hooks, angles, offers, formats, and messaging variations
- Partner closely with media buyers to interpret creative performance and influence campaign decisions
- Develop direct response ad concepts designed to attract attention, communicate value clearly, and drive action
- Craft ideas that align with different offers, customer motivations, objections, and stages of purchase intent
- Ensure creative is optimized for AppLovin's environment and performance model
- Continuously identify opportunities to refresh, iterate, and scale creative based on performance signals
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on creative strategy and campaign execution
- Strong background in direct response marketing, creative testing, and performance-driven marketing
- Experience with AppLovin or similar platforms
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies that drive growth
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and behavior
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
