About the Role

The Creative Strategist position at Atomic HR is a pivotal role that combines the art of creativity with the science of advertising to drive revenue for top creators. This role is centered around developing and executing comprehensive Meta Ads strategies that not only meet but exceed client expectations. As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve the ROI of advertising spend.

Day-to-day, you will be deep-diving into campaign performance data, analyzing trends, and using insights to inform future campaign decisions. Your keen eye for detail and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in developing innovative ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve client revenue goals
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and implement compelling ad creatives
  • Work closely with the data analysis team to leverage insights and optimize campaign targeting and budget allocation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in Meta Ads and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance
  • Manage and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
