About the Role

The Creative role at The Elites is a pivotal position that involves conceptualizing and executing comprehensive campaigns for a major US-based media, telecoms, and entertainment business. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative ideas that capture the essence of the brand and resonate with the target audience. Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of creative outputs, including social media campaigns, film scripts, and copywriting, all aimed at driving engagement and action.

You will work closely with the CCO and other team members to ensure that all creative projects are aligned with the client's brand strategy and guidelines. What You Will Do

  • Develop and pitch creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the art direction team to visualize campaign concepts.
  • Write compelling copy for various mediums, including social platforms, video scripts, and print materials.
  • Conduct research to stay abreast of cultural trends and global events, incorporating these insights into campaign development.
  • Work closely with the strategy team to ensure creative outputs are aligned with brand objectives and insights.
  • Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, providing rationale and supporting data.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure all creative work adheres to these standards.
  • Analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a creative role, either in-house or within an agency.
  • Proven experience working on a US-based account, with a deep understanding of the market and cultural nuances.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative ideation, copywriting, and art direction skills.
  • Ability to express complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.
  • Understanding of brand development, from insights to measurement.
