What You Will Do

• Build richly detailed personas that simulate human behavior and decision-making processes.
• Design and develop simulated digital environments that challenge AI agents in various scenarios.
• Write tasks that test an AI agent's ability to reason, filter, and prioritize information effectively.
• Utilize tools like Gmail, Slack, Calendar, WhatsApp, and Google Drive to create immersive and realistic scenarios.
• Run AI agents against designed scenarios and evaluate their performance.
• Provide structured hints to guide AI agents towards success in challenging scenarios.
• Document work clearly and efficiently using Airtable and Crucible.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve scenario design and AI agent performance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI technology and its applications.
• Participate in feedback sessions to refine the scenario design process.

What We Are Looking For

• An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a role that involves creative writing, technical writing, or a similar field.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write engaging, clear, and concise content.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with structured tools such as JSON editors, Airtable, and AI platforms.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to manage your own workflow and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively.
