Creator Community Growth

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be embedded in creative and AI communities, with a deep understanding of the people, platforms, and trends that shape these spaces. You will be a trusted presence in these communities, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive growth through strategic partnerships and activations.

What You Will Do

• Build scalable community and ambassador programs that drive growth and engagement
• Develop lasting relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders
• Host and lead creator workshops with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and independent creators
• Use data and community insights to track growth, identify resonating content, and scale what works
• Represent Elevenlabs at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings
• Plan and execute owned events, ranging from intimate creator dinners to larger community meetups
• Help define and evolve the creator ICP, representing the voice of the creator community in internal planning and roadmap discussions
• Travel regularly across the US for events, workshops, and community activations
• Establish a regular reporting cadence, feeding community insights directly into product and growth teams

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in community building, growth, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and scaling community programs and ambassador frameworks
• Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to track growth and identify key trends
• Strong relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders
• Experience with event planning and execution, including workshops, meetups, and conferences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, AI-driven environment
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and platforms
• Knowledge of the AI and tech industry, including key trends and players
• Familiarity with community building and growth strategies in the creative and AI spaces
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
