About the Role
The Creator & Influencer Specialist role at Petra Brands is a unique opportunity to join a team that is passionate about creator partnerships and social commerce. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing TikTok creators and influencers aligned with Petra Brands' products and audience. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing inbound creator requests, tracking creator performance, and coordinating campaign execution.The success of this role is crucial to the growth of Petra Brands' creator ecosystem, and you will work closely with the marketing, social, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Your ability to build strong relationships with creators and drive campaign execution will be essential to the success of this role.

What You Will Do
- Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators and influencers aligned with Petra Brands' products and audience
- Manage inbound creator requests from TikTok, Instagram, and email
- Maintain an organized pipeline of creators across micro, mid-tier, and large creators
- Track creator performance including views, engagement, and sales impact
- Coordinate TikTok creator sampling and seeding programs
- Manage the full lifecycle of creator outreach, including support for paid and organic creator campaigns
- Assist in building and managing Petra Brands' TikTok Creator Discord community
- Support creator engagement through monitoring feedback and creator sentiment
- Coordinate creator deliverables and timelines for campaign execution
- Track campaign KPIs and report results to the marketing team
- Manage product sampling and creator coordination for live events, trade shows, and creator meetups
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
- Strong understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem
- Experience managing product sampling or influencer gifting programs
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable communicating with creators and managing relationships
- Familiarity with social commerce and affiliate marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with Discord community management
- Knowledge of emerging social commerce platforms
- Experience with campaign execution and tracking KPIs
