About the Role

The Creator Manager role at Darkroom is a unique opportunity to lead client-facing creator strategy and execution across the company's Creator Services division. As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and performance-driven across various platforms, including TikTok Shop, Amazon affiliate, LTK, YouTube, and other emerging commerce channels. This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Day-to-day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and creators, shaping activation strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring creator output drives measurable impact while maintaining a strong creator experience. What You Will Do

  • Lead creator and influencer strategy across client accounts, serving as the primary client-facing point of contact
  • Present strategy, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to clients
  • Own end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Activate creators across TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, paid UGC, Amazon, LTK, YouTube, and other emerging channels
  • Partner with the Account team and Content Studio to align creator efforts with hero SKUs, commission strategy, and creative frameworks
  • Track campaign performance and proactively recommend optimization opportunities
  • Manage usage rights, timelines, deliverables, CRM systems, and Darkroom's creator network infrastructure
  • Mentor junior team members and help scale best practices within Creator Services

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate programs
  • Strong client management experience and comfort leading strategy conversations
  • Deep understanding of creator workflows, usage rights, and cross-platform activation
  • Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate models preferred; exposure to Amazon affiliate, LTK, or YouTube Shopping is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of emerging commerce channels and platforms
  • Familiarity with AI commerce layers and proprietary technology
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
