About the Role
The Creator Operations & Brand Safety Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring that creators are properly vetted, tracked, and monitored throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role operates at the intersection of operations, content review, and risk management, upholding brand safety standards while enabling efficient creator activation. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role involve a deep understanding of social media platforms and the creator/influencer landscape, as well as exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment skills. What You Will Do
- Validate creator information to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date records that support campaign execution
- Participate in the content review process, assessing sensitive content and determining appropriate next steps
- Make informed decisions on whether content or creators meet campaign standards
- Document decisions clearly for internal alignment
- Oversee ongoing monitoring efforts post-campaign launch
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support decision-making
- Manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and standards are met

What We Are Looking For
- 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator/influencer landscape
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills, particularly when evaluating content against guidelines or policies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel) and comfort working with large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and escalate issues
