About the Role

The Creator Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing creator campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring that all content aligns with brand strategy, creative guidelines, and campaign objectives. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable execution. As part of a fast-growing, creator-led content operation, the successful candidate will work closely with client brand teams and the creator production network to deliver high-volume, repeatable content across major platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing campaign expectations, timelines, and creative deliverables, as well as coordinating revisions and approvals between client teams and creators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising deliverables, approvals, and campaign workflows, with hands-on experience in managing these aspects.

The team context for this role is dynamic, with a focus on performance marketing and social media. Reporting structures will be clearly defined, with regular check-ins to ensure that campaign goals are being met and that client satisfaction remains high.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client brand managers, managing campaign expectations and creative deliverables.
  • Translate client briefs into clear execution plans for creators, ensuring that brand guidelines, messaging, and tone are adhered to.
  • Lead client check-ins, manage feedback loops, and ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
  • Review content for accuracy, brand safety, and campaign alignment, coordinating revisions as necessary.
  • Communicate campaign direction clearly and consistently to creators, supporting them with clarifications, guardrails, and creative resources.
  • Identify production blockers early and resolve them quickly to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and reporting status, maintaining organized workflows across multiple active accounts.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or misalignment to leadership promptly, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Campaign Management within a performance marketing or social media context.
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring brand compliance and campaign alignment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
