About the Role
As a Creator Success Manager at Passion.io, you will be responsible for guiding creators through the onboarding, launch, and monetization process. Your primary goal is to help creators build a sustainable business, focusing on revenue, renewal, and reputation. You will work closely with a portfolio of premium creators, primarily based in the US, to refine their offers, pricing, and funnel strategies.The creator economy is a rapidly evolving space, and Passion.io is at the forefront of this movement. The company is rolling out AI-powered features that radically accelerate how creators build, launch, and scale their businesses. As a key member of the team, you will be part of this evolution, shaping the future of customer success at Passion.io.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of ±45 premium creators, primarily US-based
- Guide creators through refining their offers and pricing
- Review funnel strategies before launches
- Spot early churn signals and design momentum
- Document progress and revenue milestones
- Jump on momentum calls to challenge thinking and drive growth
- Ensure creators are leveraging new product features
- Execute and refine lifecycle playbooks
- Monitor NRR, engagement signals, and health scores
- Identify upsell opportunities through strategy
- Share creator feedback with Product and Marketing teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally on retention OKRs
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or revenue-focused client roles
- Experience advising customers on business or monetization strategy
- Understanding of the creator economy, not just conceptually, but practically
- Commercial confidence, with experience in upsell and renewal conversations
- Empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to balance empathy with directness
- Ability to design success plans, not just follow them
- Experience working in high-touch environments where ownership matters
- Comfort with CRMs, such as HubSpot, and portfolio health tracking
Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling a digital product or personal brand
- Coaching or advising creators or entrepreneurs
- Understanding of NRR, expansion, and revenue impact
- Ability to customize support by use case
- Analytical mindset, with data-led decision-making
- Technical comfort discussing integrations, backend logic, or automations
