About the Role

The Creator Success Manager is a key role at Later, responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value creators through data-led monetization strategies, strong relationship ownership, and proactive risk management. This role sits at the intersection of creator partnership, revenue growth, and product adoption, requiring a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. As a Creator Success Manager, you will own outcomes, not just relationships, with success defined by measurable revenue growth, sustained creator retention, and your ability to translate insights into action.

The Creator Success Manager will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for creator needs and unlock growth. This includes partnering with Product, Growth, Marketing, Campaigns, and RevOps to ensure that creator goals are aligned with platform capabilities and monetization levers. You will also serve as the “voice of the creator” in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that feedback is clearly articulated and actioned.

What You Will Do

  • Own a portfolio-level growth strategy that drives creator revenue, retention, and long-term value
  • Identify monetization opportunities, adoption gaps, and churn risk using performance and revenue data
  • Develop tailored, 1:1 creator growth plans grounded in data, experimentation, and clear success metrics
  • Anticipate shifts in creator behavior or performance and adjust strategies proactively
  • Consistently deliver against revenue and retention targets across your book of business
  • Analyze creator performance data to diagnose issues, surface opportunities, and recommend clear next actions
  • Drive product adoption by connecting creator goals to platform capabilities and monetization levers
  • Proactively manage churn risk through targeted interventions and re-engagement strategies
  • Maintain accurate account insights, forecasts, and activity tracking in HubSpot (or equivalent tools)
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for creator needs and unlock growth
  • Serve as the “voice of the creator” in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring feedback is clearly articulated and actioned

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a creator-facing role, such as creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or account management
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing trends
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, including HubSpot, Adjust, and Excel
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and creator retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop targeted growth strategies and manage high-value creator relationships
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry and its trends
