## About the Role The Risk Foundations team at Stripe is seeking a Credit Risk Program Manager to design and implement scalable risk frameworks and processes. This role will involve partnering with various teams, including Risk Strategy, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Engineering, to mobilize cross-functional initiatives and align workstreams. ## Responsibilities - Drive program and process incubation across the Credit Risk pillar and the broader Risk organization - Design and implement scalable Risk-wide frameworks, including foundational risk-rating and policy standards - Orchestrate strategic commercial shifts for global users - Embed within cross-functional groups to understand goals and translate them into strategic and operational plans ## Requirements - Strong proficiency in Excel - Experience in program management and credit risk management - Ability to navigate complex systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams
