What You Will Do
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage customer transactions, including handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils, and disposing of waste properly
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
