About the Role

The CRM Lifecycle Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the future of player experience at Legend. This 12-month fixed-term contract position will involve designing, building, and optimizing automated customer journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sportsbook and Casino products, as well as experience with CRM technologies like Optimove, Iterable, or Xtremepush.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences that drive engagement, return traffic, and clickouts. Your analytical skills will be essential in interpreting campaign data, identifying opportunities, and optimizing performance through testing and experimentation.

What You Will Do

  • Design and optimize automated customer journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that increase player engagement, return traffic, and clickouts
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to create seamless customer experiences
  • Use experimentation, A/B testing, and AI-powered tools to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Ensure all promotional communications adhere to local gambling regulations and responsible gaming protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver shared objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and campaign optimizations

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience within the iGaming industry or digital entertainment sector
  • Strong understanding of Sportsbook and Casino products
  • Experience with CRM technologies like Optimove, Iterable, or Xtremepush
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
  • Comfortable working with KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, opt-outs, and clickouts
  • Ability to design and optimize automated player journeys for onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and VIP/loyalty progression
  • Experience with leveraging customer data and AI models to target specific player segments
  • Collaborative approach with confidence working alongside cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity, commercial thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset
