About the Role
The CRM Operations Lead role at Curvion Blue is a critical position that focuses on enhancing and scaling the company's CRM infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot configurations to drive sales productivity and revenue growth. You will work closely with the CRM leadership, sales, and data teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business results.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM operations, with expertise in HubSpot configuration, data analysis, and process improvement. You will be responsible for supporting the CRM lifecycle, from system design and documentation to deployment and ongoing optimization. What You Will Do
- Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot configurations to drive sales productivity and revenue growth
- Work closely with CRM leadership, sales, and data teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Support the CRM lifecycle, from system design and documentation to deployment and ongoing optimization
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that improve adoption and drive business results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and sales productivity
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall effectiveness of the CRM ecosystem
- Contribute to building HubSpot into a true engine of operational excellence through improved integrations, stronger documentation, and more consistent system performance
- Support onboarding of new accounts and help reinforce data quality and process discipline
- Audit CRM setups and identify gaps in structure, usage, or performance
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, with a focus on HubSpot configuration and optimization
- Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and CRM lifecycle management
- Expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and data teams
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and project management skills
