## About the Role As a Croatian Customer Service Representative at Mercier Consultancy, you will be an integral part of the travel agency team in Athens, providing exceptional service to Croatian-speaking clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in planning and enjoying their travel experiences, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and provide support to colleagues when needed. The role requires a high level of fluency in Croatian, both written and spoken, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of English is a plus, but not essential. Previous experience in customer service or travel agency roles is preferred, although not required.
