- Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations
- Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability
- Coordinate booking details and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
- Provide professional support throughout the reservation process
- Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Utilize Excel to track bookings, sales, and customer interactions
What We Are Looking For
- Must be 18+ and based in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
