About the Role

The Crypto Affiliate Manager role at Caiz is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering company that's revolutionizing Islamic finance with blockchain technology. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and growing the company's affiliate and partner network. This will involve recruiting affiliates, managing relationships with partners, and driving user acquisition for the crypto platform through affiliate marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in crypto, fintech, or online affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of how to work with influencers, traders, media partners, and crypto communities. What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize the company's crypto affiliate program, tracking affiliate performance, commissions, and conversions.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliates, such as crypto influencers, trading communities, bloggers, YouTubers, and Web3 media platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing partners with marketing materials, updates, and support.
  • Plan and launch affiliate campaigns to drive new user sign-ups and trading activity.
  • Track key metrics such as sign-ups, trading volume, CPA, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns follow platform guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor affiliate programs and identify growth opportunities in the crypto ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and retention.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
