About the Role

What You Will Do
- Manage large volumes of social media and website inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers, using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits
- Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the support provided
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional support
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met and that the Caiz ecosystem operates smoothly
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer support function
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years of experience in crypto customer support
- Knowledge of Islamic finance principles and blockchain technology
- Thorough understanding of consumer protection legislation
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain impartial and provide well-developed arbitration skills
- Strong multitasking skills with precision and attention to detail
- Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism
- Alignment with Caiz's values and mission
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a relevant field
Nice to Have
- Experience with crypto wallets and blockchain-based financial systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Knowledge of multiple languages, with English being the primary language
