About the Role

Karmah Ltd is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is ready to step into a CTO position as our technical visionary. You will lead the technical architecture of our platform while focusing on social impact and rapid deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Technical Roadmap: Take ownership of the existing codebase and shape the foundation for scalability.
  • Rapid Deployment: Develop and maintain core features with precision.
  • Innovation: Integrate trends in AI, consumer feedback, and social technology to enhance our services.
  • Scalability: Ensure our platform is secure and user-friendly under high-volume growth.
  • Strategic Leadership: Transition into a CTO role, making decisions that influence global expansion.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally with team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in:
- React (JavaScript) - .NET (C#) - Flutter (Dart) - PostgreSQL & MongoDB
