About the Role

Rapid Pioneers, a stealth-stage startup in the mobility sector, seeks a CTO & Late Co-Founder to spearhead its engineering efforts. With early traction and a pre-seed round underway, the company needs a technical visionary to architect its data and AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end data architecture
  • Build AI-powered systems including matching algorithms and dynamic pricing
  • Lead full-stack development of the platform
  • Drive the ML/AI roadmap
  • Architect backend systems for reliability and scalability
  • Oversee API design and third-party integrations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an engineering leadership or senior tech lead role
  • Strong background in data architecture and engineering
  • Hands-on experience with ML/AI systems
  • Solid full-stack fundamentals
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with logistics, marketplace, or two-sided platform products
  • Cloud-native architecture experience
  • Additional European languages
