About the Role
Rapid Pioneers, a stealth-stage startup in the mobility sector, seeks a CTO & Late Co-Founder to spearhead its engineering efforts. With early traction and a pre-seed round underway, the company needs a technical visionary to architect its data and AI systems.Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end data architecture
- Build AI-powered systems including matching algorithms and dynamic pricing
- Lead full-stack development of the platform
- Drive the ML/AI roadmap
- Architect backend systems for reliability and scalability
- Oversee API design and third-party integrations
Requirements
- 3+ years in an engineering leadership or senior tech lead role
- Strong background in data architecture and engineering
- Hands-on experience with ML/AI systems
- Solid full-stack fundamentals
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with logistics, marketplace, or two-sided platform products
- Cloud-native architecture experience
- Additional European languages
