The Culture Ambassador and Executive Assistant to the CEO is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on a dynamic company's culture and operations. As the company continues to grow, this position will play a vital role in maintaining a connected and engaged team.As a Culture Ambassador, you will be responsible for planning and hosting virtual team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition moments. You will work closely with the Finance/HR Coordinator to create strong connections between the New York and Philippines teams and reinforce company values through communication, rituals, and shared experiences.
What You Will Do
- Lead and evolve company culture initiatives for a fully hybrid team
- Plan and host virtual team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition moments
- Create strong connections between New York and Philippines team members
- Reinforce company values through communication, rituals, and shared experiences
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner closely with the Finance/HR Coordinator on employee experience and engagement
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, priorities, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal communication across time zones
- Prepare proposals and internal documents
- Track action items, deadlines, and accountability
- Assist with CEO on company LinkedIn content drafting and organization
- Help share team wins, culture moments, and company milestones
- Support a consistent, professional brand voice
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in culture, operations, executive assistance, or coordination roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work closely and professionally with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and navigate internal systems
- Experience with Excel and other productivity software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-Manage or other proprietary ERPs
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Certification in a related field, such as HR or operations management
