## About the Role As a Curriculum Developer at Mercor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational content for AI research labs. Your primary focus will be on developing and evaluating curricula that align with the needs of these labs, ensuring that the content is accurate, comprehensive, and effective in strengthening the reasoning and rigor of AI model outputs. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets, and provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance. The role requires a strong understanding of mathematical principles and methodologies, as well as proficiency in AI model evaluation and improvement.

## What You Will Do - Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in mathematics to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs - Review complex mathematical content for alignment with domain principles and methodologies - Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance - Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated mathematical tasks and solutions - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets - Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance - Develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of AI research labs - Participate in the continuous improvement of the curriculum development process - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and mathematics education

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in mathematics education or a related field - Proficiency in AI model evaluation and improvement - Strong understanding of mathematical principles and methodologies - Experience in developing and evaluating curricula - Ability to work independently and asynchronously - Strong communication and feedback skills - Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, education, or a related field
