About the Role

- Partner with Commercial Account Managers to educate new customers on Ramp's functionality and best practices
- Work with new customers to understand their workflow, pain points, and obstacles to full rollout
- Drive revenue by ensuring timely implementation and selling the customer on the value of Ramp's platform
- Become an expert in integration and configuration options for Ramp's suite of products
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize customer feedback
