About the Role
Ramp is seeking a Customer Activation Manager to deliver value to customers and drive revenue growth by implementing Ramp's products for newly-closed customers.Responsibilities
- Ensure fast and thorough onboarding of new customers by leading and educating them on Ramp's functionality and best practices
- Drive revenue by preventing unnecessary delays in implementation and selling the customer on the high-value initiative of implementing Ramp
- Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and obstacles to full rollout, and problem-solve alongside them and the Product/Engineering team as needed
- Become an expert in integration and configuration options for Ramp's suite of products
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization
- Exceptional project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with technical counterparts to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate
