About the Role

The Customer Experience Associate role at Ollie is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners. As a key member of the Canine Care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer relationships, and driving initiatives to achieve the company's customer experience vision. You will report to the Customer Experience Shift Manager and work closely with the team to ensure that all customers have a positive and memorable experience with Ollie.

The role entails working with customers across multiple channels, including emails, phones, and the order management system. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely and professional manner

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Previous experience in customer-centric roles, such as retail or food service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools and software
  • Passion for pets and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
