Job Description

About the Role

LineLeap is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will provide outstanding support to venue partners and customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and communicate with partners to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues in real-time
  • Monitor sales data to optimize performance and revenue
  • Support the Venue Success team to ensure venue partners' issues are addressed quickly and professionally

  • Proficient in Excel
