About the Role
The Customer Expert position at David Kennedy Recruitment is a unique opportunity for fluent Czech, Bulgarian, or Romanian speakers to work with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support via phone, email, and chat channels. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.The role is based in Athens or Thessaloniki, with the option to work fully remotely within Greece. This offers the perfect blend of flexibility and cultural immersion. What You Will Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate customer concerns and identify the root cause of problems, taking proactive steps to prevent future occurrences
- Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up until resolution and maintaining accurate customer records
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution
- Deliver a high standard of customer service across all interactions, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Research customer cases using internal tools and resources, staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude, providing personalized support and solutions
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing time and tasks effectively to meet performance targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement and growth
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent or native-level language skills in Czech, Bulgarian, or Romanian
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
- Comfortable using computers and basic technology tools, including CRM systems and customer service software
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude, providing personalized support and solutions
- Previous customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service experience, preferably in a contact center, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and tasks effectively to meet performance targets
Nice to Have
- Experience using CRM systems or customer service tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Knowledge of Greek language and culture, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a degree in communications or marketing
- Experience working in a multilingual environment, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences
- Familiarity with remote work tools and software, such as Slack, Trello, or Asana
